I used to belong here;

I lived and breathed the air.

But then that day, that glorious day!

I fell at Your bloodied feet, and

was wrapped in grace and love.

Alleluia! I praise Your holy name!

Now, dear Savior, now

I belong to You.

This place is no longer my home.

It’s filthy with the stench of sin.

I don’t mind.

All I smell now is anointing oil.

It smells like Victory!

I still belong here, though,

at least for now.

You’ve work for me to do

feeding your sheep.

But I won’t be long here,

Oh no.

I’m bound for glory!

Won’t you come, too?
