When Jesus said to turn the other cheek,
The world has since ignored it out of hand.
Most people think it makes you look so weak
You’ll fall in line to anyone’s demand.
To turn the other cheek resentfully,
Your indignation makes you anger’s slave.
If you think you are grander morally,
Your haughty pride makes you a moral knave.
When someone strikes you, instantly forgive,
And turn the other cheek with mercy mild.
The Lord’s the only one to judgment give;

When GOD deals with it, HE is capable of bringing the other person to HIM as well. Isaiah 30:21 (NLT) Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you a voice will say, “This is the way you should go,” whether to the right or to the left.
We are the only BIBLE that many read.Romans 8:28 (NLT) And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
