“I worship Satan, His power’s supreme!” crooned the man with his fresh suit and tie.
His image disguises a wicked black heart unless you look him straight in the eye.
Beware, you unholy evil, those who live to create an upheaval!
Get thee behind all of you and your kind;
You’re a snake from the Garden primeval!
“Come to the darkness; it’s cozy in here!” say the tempters who lead us astray.
Crack houses, strip clubs and murderous dens who consider the good easy prey.
Beware, devil’s spawn, so afraid of the dawn!
You can’t even handle a righteous born candle;
Your temptations don’t work, so be gone!
“We want your soul to be damned just like us!” cries the demon-filled pair on the bus.
These kind aren’t satisfied until they create hell on earth so that’s all we discuss.
Go away with confusion, you distract with illusion!
There is hope for you unless you run to
Jesus Christ with your sin and delusion!
Satan will make you believe you have power; he’s the father of lies and ruler of hell.
If you play with fire you’ll surely get burned; that’s no place to eternally dwell.
Turn to Jesus this second! You should hear Him beckon!
There is no time to wait to let go of your hate.
1 “But know this: Difficult times will come in the last days.
2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, proud,
blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, slanderers, without self control,
brutal, without love for what is good,
4 traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasures
rather than lovers of God,
5 holding to the form of godliness but denying its power.
Avoid these people!”
