9-10-15 The Stain Remover

red to white

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Isaiah 1:18 KJV

~~~~~~~~~~~
Don’t be afraid, do not fall in despair;
You realize the hopeless state you’re in.
Death calls for you – it’s more than you can bear.
You can’t escape the stain of all your sin.
Just take the hand of Jesus, make Him yours.
He’ll wash your sins from scarlet red to white.
Although the stain has sunk into your pores
He’ll take the brand of Satan from your sight.
The Son of God loved you so very much
He took all of your sins upon the cross.
Accept Him as your Savior, feel His touch;
Believe He died for you and bore your loss.
Although your sins are crimson red and full,
The blood of Christ will make them white as wool.
8-03-15 Through Faith in Christ
desert walking
1 A Psalm of David:
LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle?
who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness,
and speaketh the truth in his heart.
Psalm 15:1-2 KJV
~~~~~~~~~~~

When God came down to earth as Christ the man,

He showed you just how righteousness should be.

He walked uprightly, taught the Father’s plan

And spoke the truth, that it can set you free.

Though all these works are possible to do,

You must with faith believe in Jesus Christ,

That there upon the cross He died for you,

 Your sins He took and then was sacrificed.

Repent, and give Him all your heart and soul,

And claim Him as your Savior, King and Lord.

The Holy Ghost will lead you toward the goal:

Eternal life in Heaven there restored.

The righteousness you work through Christ fulfilled.

Through Him is victory; you’re glory filled.

3-21-15 Thou Shalt Not Steal

pickpocket

Do not take anything that is not yours

Against another’s will by fraud or force.

If there was no more theft in all the stores

The price of everything would fall, of course.

Just know that when you tell someone a lie

You’re robbing them quite plainly of the truth,

And when you break a vow then trust will die;

You cannot get it back just like lost youth.

The things you do in secret will be shown,

So don’t think that you’re clever, smooth and deft.

Some day you will face Jesus on the throne,

And there will be exposed your every theft.

If you would be forgiven then repent;

Restore all that you took with ill intent.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Thou shalt not steal.
Exodus 20:15 KJV
